Fall 2025 Fine Art Society Exhibition

IMPORTANT DATES & CHANGES TO THE PROSPECTUS FOR THE FALL 2025 EXHIBIT:

  • Deadline to submit your registration form is September 1st (mail date stamped by August 26th).

  • Artwork entered in this exhibit must be reviewed and approved at the September 18th member meeting at Eisenhower Recreation Center.

  • Exhibition Day October 4th - You must deliver your artwork directly to Galleries 1, 2 and 3 between 12:00-12:30pm at Seabreeze Recreation Center. There is no check-in process the day of the exhibit.

  • Golden Brush Program - this is a new option for waiving your entry and panel fees if you recruit a sponsor for $250 or more. Details are listed below and in the prospectus.

Golden Brush Program:

Any artist entering the exhibit who recruits a sponsor at the $250 level or above, will have their entry fee of $25 and all panel fees waived/refunded for that exhibition.  Sponsor funds and logo must be received before the sponsor registration deadline*. You must still complete the exhibit registration form by the September 1st deadline. CLICK HERE for more information on recruiting a sponsor.

*Deadline for recruiting sponsors is:
August 16 - for $500 and $1000 levels
August 30 - for $100 and $250 levels
