IMPORTANT DATES & CHANGES TO THE PROSPECTUS FOR THE FALL 2025 EXHIBIT:
Deadline to submit your registration form is September 1st (mail date stamped by August 26th).
Artwork entered in this exhibit must be reviewed and approved at the September 18th member meeting at Eisenhower Recreation Center.
Exhibition Day October 4th - You must deliver your artwork directly to Galleries 1, 2 and 3 between 12:00-12:30pm at Seabreeze Recreation Center. There is no check-in process the day of the exhibit.
Golden Brush Program - this is a new option for waiving your entry and panel fees if you recruit a sponsor for $250 or more. Details are listed below and in the prospectus.

Golden Brush Program:
Any artist entering the exhibit who recruits a sponsor at the $250 level or above, will have their entry fee of $25 and all panel fees waived/refunded for that exhibition. Sponsor funds and logo must be received before the sponsor registration deadline*. You must still complete the exhibit registration form by the September 1st deadline. *Deadline for recruiting sponsors is:
August 16 - for $500 and $1000 levels
August 30 - for $100 and $250 levels
