PROSPECTUS AND REGISTRATION FORMS WILL BE ONLINE SOON

  • Deadline to submit your registration form is September 1st (mail date stamped by August 25th).

  • NEW FOR THIS EXHIBIT - special VIP Golden Ticket Collectors Preview event from 4-5pm for invited guests. Exhibit will be open to the public from 5-8pm.

  • Artists may enter up to 4 paintings. You must designate on your entry form which painting you want in Gallery 1, 2 & 3. Your 4th entry will be placed in Gallery 2 or 3 pending space availability and curators decision.

  • Artwork entered in this exhibit must be reviewed and approved at the September 17th members meeting at Eisenhower Recreation Center.

    • Check-in starts at 9:00am for board members so they can then assist members with check-in.

    • Artists with last name starting with A - M - check-in at 9:30am.

    • Artists with last name starting with N - Z - check-in at 10:00am.

  • Exhibition Day October 3rd - You must deliver your artwork to the lobby between 10:00am-10:30am at Seabreeze Recreation Center. There is no check-in process the day of the exhibit.

  • Golden Brush Program - this option is available for waiving your entry and panel fees if you recruit a sponsor for $250 or more. Details are listed below and in the prospectus.

Golden Brush Program:

Any artist entering the exhibit who recruits a sponsor at the $250 level or above for one exhibit, will have their entry fee of $25 and all panel fees waived/refunded for that exhibition.  Artists may recruit a sponsor for both the Spring and Fall exhibits for a discounted price, and have their panel and entry fees waived for the full year.

Sponsor funds and logo must be received before the sponsor registration deadline of September 1st. Artists must also complete the exhibit registration form by the September 1st deadline.

Judge:

Melissa “Mel” Fiorentino is a professional fine artist, art educator, muralist, and owner of NOMA Gallery, an online gallery dedicated to international juried exhibitions, artist features, and creative opportunities for artists around the world. Working primarily in oils, her figurative and portrait paintings explore transformation, memory, spirituality, symbolism, and the spaces between worlds.

Mel’s artwork has been featured through opportunities including the EPCOT International Festival of the Arts and Expo Metro Barcelona and Madrid, and her paintings are held in private collections across the United States and internationally. She has also contributed to public and community-based mural projects, using art as a way to connect people, place, and story.

In addition to her studio practice, Mel is deeply involved in the arts community. She is an art educator through Atelier Fiorentino, owner of NOMA Gallery, a board member of the Marion Cultural Alliance, a MAX Board of Directors member and MAX alumni artist, an Arts in Health Ocala Metro practitioner, and a member of the LILAC Foundation Board. Through her teaching, community work, and leadership, she is passionate about encouraging artists, supporting creative growth, and helping bring meaningful artwork into the world.

She is honored to serve as the judge for the Fine Art Society Fall 2026 Collectors Gallery.
