1st Place: Cindy Ancel, “Dolphin Bouquet”, 18”x24”, oil

The playfulness caught by the balloons bouncing playfully together drew me in time and time again.  This captured the social aspect of the pod as they interact with each other. The artist had control of the medium, while limited in color gave a harmony that heighten that relationship. Judge, Teresa Kirk
