You MUST attend the September 18th Fine Art Society members meeting if you are entering artwork in the October 4th exhibit.

All artwork will be reviewed for acceptance at this meeting and checked in for the exhibit. If you do not attend this meeting with your art entries, you will not be in the exhibit. If you cannot attend, you must find someone to bring your artwork to be approved and checked in for the exhibit.

Artists will deliver their artwork directly to Galleries 1, 2, and 3 on October 4th at 12:00pm-12:30pm. There is no check-in process the day of the exhibit. Please review your prospectus for details.
