Terrie Brennan was born and raised in St James, New York. Her career spans years in the Healthcare field in which she held many upper level management positions, i.e. Director of Treatment Services and Programs Operations as well as other titles during her career at Kings Park Psychiatric Center and Pilgrim Psychiatric Center.

While planning an early retirement from State Service, she obtained her second Master’s. This time in Nursing. She then became a Nurse Practitioner specializing in Dermatology and had a very successful practice at East Patchogue Dermatology in East Patchogue, New York.

After 21 years in practice she retired only to discover her new passion in acrylic painting. She is self-taught with the aid of a few Youtube lessons. She paints mostly local art for pleasure and has been commissioned to do several paintings of people’s houses and pets.

Terrie now lives in The Villages, Florida. She was a member of the North Shore Art Guild while living in New York.
