I have been artistic since a young girl, when I sketched people and dogs.  I took oil painting and sketching at the Minneapolis School of Art, taught piano and organ, sewed, learned photography and crafted while raising my family and working as a law firm and U of MN Medical School Administrator.   Retiring to The Villages, I immediately took up watercolor and fell in love with the medium.  I focused on continuously cultivating my skills through many classes and workshops.  I enjoy trying new techniques, experimenting with blending color and contrasting with negative painting. My goal is to never stop learning or improving.
